**Vidalista and Tadalafil: What Men Should Know**

Vidalista is a tadalafil-based medicine marketed for erectile dysfunction (ED). Tadalafil belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors and supports increased blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.

Tadalafil may begin working within around 30–60 minutes, while its effects can remain available for up to 36 hours in some people. This does not mean an erection lasts continuously for 36 hours.

Different strengths are marketed, including Vidalista 20 mg, Vidalista 40 mg and Vidalista 60 mg.

A higher tadalafil strength does not automatically mean faster or better results. Higher doses may also increase the risk of side effects such as headache, flushing, indigestion, dizziness and back pain.

Tadalafil should not be combined with nitrate medicines because this can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure. The appropriate tadalafil dose should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
