Install the printer driver for a Canon Printer Offline manually first. After downloading the required drivers, carry out the subsequent tasks.

By simultaneously pressing the Windows key and R, you can open Run.
When the Device Manager opens, click Print Queues.
Then choose Update Driver by right-clicking the printer's hardware.
In the popup, you will also be asked, "How do you intend to hunt for the driver?"
