The Mahindra Life Space Group developed the upscale and sophisticated residential apartment complex Mahindra IvyLush in the Kharadi annexe of Wagholi Village in east Pune. The project was carefully created on the Mula Mutha River's bank, occupying 5.5 acres of land. The five high-rise buildings that house the project's 450 magnificent apartment apartments were thoughtfully constructed. There are 2, 3, and 4 BHK luxury apartments in each tower, which has 3B+G+2P+31 floors with sizes ranging from 769 to 1599 square feet.
