Also, the situation in and around the world is not conducive for getting adequate services for the people. The situation in and around the world is also very challenging for the women and the employed people. The challenges come as two main types of health problems. These include lack of adequate nutrition. Lack of sleep, lack of adequate contraceptives, and poor health care systems. The lack of adequate nutrition is a major cause of the shortage of jobs for these women. 
When it comes to healthcare, it is addressed by the governments of these countries to ensure that the health of the people is improved. We will also ensure that women get the equal opportunities as everyone wants and need in education. For the employed and the poor, there is no way that they can get the amount they are looking for without having access to services provided by the state. The goal of the Capstone project is to ensure that women have the same opportunities as men in the sectors of education, work, and health care. 
The primary role of the Capstone project is geared towards easing the social and economic distress in the African Community. Through it, we are going to provide for all the women and the elderly with adequate economic security and prevent crime. The aim is to ensure that by the time the women get to work, they will have attained the most assured economic status and become full-time employed.
