Building Trust and Engagement
My job centers around human interaction in a virtual community. I manage our presence in social media, forums, and specific chat rooms to get our players heard and valued.
The main aspects of my daily life are:
Moderation and Support: I proactively moderate the online discussion, keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and positive. I handle player problems, interpret rules, and funnel necessary feedback to the relevant internal teams (Product, Support, and Development).
Content and Events: I handle community-based content, implement exclusive offers, and plan special activities, like Q&A or tournaments, to engage our engaged users. It is primarily making interesting posts and replying directly to comments, turning complaints into compliments where feasible.
Advocacy: I am the company's key player advocate. I collate player feedback, identify common issues, and provide actionable insights to management to inform product improvement and customer service expectations.
Responsible Gaming: Most critically, I promote responsible gaming within the community, provide resources and assistance, and ensure a healthy tone of gaming behavior.
I thrive on building a community of fragmented users into a single close-knit, loyal family. My long-term vision is to build positive relations, brand loyalty, and make our community the warmest and most trusted place in the universe of iGaming.
