    An aluminum alloy is a

    composition consisting mainly of aluminum to which other elements have been added. The

    alloy is made by mixing together the elements when aluminum is molten (liquid), which

    cools to form a homogeneous solid solution. The other elements may make up as much as

    15 percent of the alloy by mass.

    the surface of the steel known as the "passive layer". This prevents any

    further corrosion of the surface. Increasing the amount of Chromium gives an increased

    resistance to corrosion.

    Titanium alloy is a metal or

    chemical alloy predominantly made of pure titanium with other metals or chemical

    elements dispersed. It's made by combining titanium with other metals and chemical

    ingredients precisely. The mixture is allowed to cool once the correct ratio has been

    attained.

    Magnesium alloy is the

    lightest metal structural material used in the aircraft, spacecraft, and rocket and

    missile manufacturing industries. Magnesium is lighter than aluminum, with a specific

    gravity of 1.8 and low strength, only 200 to 300 MPa (20 to 30 kg/mm2), and is mainly

    used to manufacture low-bearing parts.

    High temperature

    nickel alloys
    are usually called Superalloys or high-performance alloy, which

    have functions of having good surface security, exceptional mechanical strength and

    also resistance to rust, oxidation as well as thermal creep contortion.

    Nickel and high temp alloy pipe consists alloys with nickel as

    principal element. It is extensively u sed for its high temperature strength,

    corrosion resistance, thermal expansion, special magnetic properties. Nickel based

    alloy are very useful materials for the manufacture of high quality nickel alloy

    seamless pipes.
